Story
Josh and I are taking part in Prostate Cancer UK’s Big Blue Bike Ride on Sunday 8 September 2024 to raise vital funds and awareness of prostate cancer.
The disease affects 1 in 8 men in the UK - that’s thousands of dads, grandads, partners, brothers and mates. But it doesn't have to be this way.
One of these men was my grandad, Dick Sedin. Fortunately he was diagnosed once well into his 80s, so it didn't impact his quality of life in his final years. That's not the case for so many others, so Josh and I want to do what we can to help raise awareness and hopefully some money too.
Your donations can help fund lifesaving research into better tests to diagnose men sooner.
Given the lack of training we've managed to do during the summer, you will certainly be getting your money's worth!
