On the 8th September of this year I will be taking part in Prostate Cancer UK’s Big Blue Bike Ride to raise vital funds and awareness of prostate cancer. This event is raising money for an amazing cause, and following my dad's battle with prostate cancer during lockdown in 2020, this is something extremely close to my heart and his.

My dad did not have any symptoms and it was only discovered as the result of a PSA test following a friend of his being diagnosed. Creating awareness of prostate cancer is key, and highlighting the necessity to get checked regularly and from a young age is incredibly important.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK - that’s thousands of dads, partners, brothers and mates. But it doesn't have to be this way, join me to help make a difference.
