It's that time again! The teams from Big Button and Buto are running the Great Midlands Fun Run (or Sutton Fun Run, as it is commonly known). It's quite a tough course (8.5 miles), and it's usually a very hot day; the runners will have to drag themselves up the infamous 'Cardiac Hill', and then try and avoid a visit to the First Aid tent.

This year we are supporting SIFA Fireside (www.sifafireside.co.uk), a Birmingham-based charity which provides "inclusion, engagement and equal access to services for those individuals who are disadvantaged or experiencing homelessness".

SIFA do a fantastic job, and we hope you can give generously to propel us to the finish line.
