Hannah is one of the UK's best-known para-athletes with 7 World titles and 5 Paralympic gold medals and is the reigning World and Paralympic champion.  Her sporting success has resulted in her appointment as a Member of the Order of the British Empire and Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, and was the first Paralympic athlete to be named ‘British Sportswoman of the year’.

Hannah has presented a regular feature on BBC Countryfile and appeared on The Great British Bake off, Sport Relief does Strictly Come Dancing, Crystal Maze and Mastermind.

The Charity began in Leeds with the aim of improving the quality of life for children suffering from severe physical disabilities, by purchasing specialised and therapeutic equipment.
