Big Winter Half Marathon Hike - Crail to St Andrews · 5 March 2022

The Wave Project is an award winning UK charity that helps vulnerable children and young people improve their health and wellbeing through a combination of surfing and mentoring. With the aid of our amazing volunteers and supporters, we've worked with thousands of children over the past 12 years.

Story

I am doing a big winter walk from Crail to St Andrews to raise money for The Wave Project Scotland! It’s over 13 miles on rough terrain with my dodgy knee!

The Wave Project are a surf therapy charity that provide a much needed mental health intervention for vulnerable young people, through the power of surfing, the sea and community. Referrals to mental health services for young people in Scotland have doubled in the past year, so services such as The Wave Project are needed
more than ever.

Any donations would be much appreciated, it all goes towards changing lives at surf therapy courses.

If anyone would like to join me.. get in touch! I will be doing it on the 5th of March.
