6 months ago we stupidly signed up for a Tough Mudder with the intention of weekly tuff training in the park. Since April we have managed to do 3 training sessions of hanging off the monkey bars in the playground... It is safe to say we are very unprepared. Even with a month of unemployment, it is still looking unlikely that we'll smash it, but we're doing it for an incredible charity that needs your support! 

Kids Farm Trust has been set up to enable inner city London kids to go camping for a few days at a time in the beautiful Sussex countryside. Many of these children have never been to the countryside or experienced camping. Sitting round a camp fire, toasting marshmallows and seeing the stars for the first time are memories that will stay with these children forever. Kids Farm Trust will give these children resources and positive experiences that they can draw on going forward.
