As one recipient and one registered donor, we both know first hand the fantastic work that Anthony Nolan and their donors carry out, and want to do our bit to raise some money and increase the awareness of stem cell donation. Mom and I will be aiming to walk 100 miles each over the next month, and want to raise £100 each. We've also added an additional incentive - whoever covers the fewest miles will be donating £100 directly to the others fund, so I'd better get my trainers on...

Today, five people will start their search for a stranger to save their life. Anthony Nolan is a pioneering charity that saves the lives of people with blood cancer. Every day, they match remarkable donors willing to donate their blood stem cells to people who desperately need lifesaving transplants.It costs £40 to add each new donor to the Anthony Nolan stem cell register. By donating to our page you will be adding new donors to the register, helping find more matches for people with blood cancer, and giving more people a second chance of life.
