Story

I'm Dan, a 25 year old from Dorset, South England.  Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In September 2016 I said goodbye to my job, cat and London flat to attempt to cycle 16,000 miles from the green fields of South England to the tip of New Zealand.

I'll be crossing three continents on pedal power as much as possible, taking boats and flights only when necessary.

During the journey I am raising funds for UNICEF. As the world’s leading organisation for children, working in over 190 countries, they are an ideal charity to support on such a global trip. UNICEF receive no money from the UN budget, they rely on donations, and provide life-saving food, medicine and clean water to disadvantaged children globally. Any money you donate will really make a difference to children that need it.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. Any support you can give will really be appreciated.

Please also feel free to follow my ride on Facebook where I will try to post regular updates: https://www.facebook.com/dancyclesworld/

Thanks!
