Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

This summer Mike Wilson, Liam Grant, Thomas and Craig Barker will be cycling 600km (nearly 400 miles) through 3 countries in memory of
Garry Barker who sadly died last year (aged 60) shortly after being
diagnosed with bile duct cancer.

While raising the blood pressure of our families who will worry about us while we are away, we also want to raise as much money as possible for the AMMF charity. AMMF are the only charity dedicated towards treating this deadly (only 5% of those diagnosed will survive one year from diagnosis) form of cancer. There is no third party organising the bike ride or offering support so not only is it more challenging for us it also ensures that all monies donated are going directly to AMMF.

You can see our fundraising target on the right and we are extremely grateful for any donations you can make.

You can find out more about the story behind this adventure by visiting our blog "Cycling through Grief":
