After a scary 2021 being diagnosed with Angina and 90% blockages in January at a time of peak fitness. Admitted to GLENFIELD for triple Coronary Bypass. Then the road back to fitness. Now it’s time to ramp up the training as a thank you to all the staff at Glenfield coronary unit through the BHF. Thank you for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
