In 2003 my first Grandchild Billie-Jane was born.  She was born with a condition called Holoprosencephaly.  Hope House helped my son and his wife a great deal during Billie-Jane's short life and provided them with much needed support and respite. Billie-Jane passed away aged 7 on 19th Oct 2010 and again Hope House supported our family and helped with the funeral arrangements. 

I have decided to raise much needed funds for Hope House by doing a sponsored head shave.  I have even been growing my hair and beard especially for the event which will be taking place on May 3rd 2014. Although I do get my hair trimmed I have had long hair since 1960 so it's going to be quite a big thing for me to shave my head not to mention cold!
