Enjoy your December.  Work it off in January…..

Everyone wants to be able to enjoy the Christmas party season – mince pies, Christmas dinner, chocolates galore.  But do you find the guilt starting to creep in?  If that’s you, then Teenage Cancer Trust might have just the thing!  They are looking for people to sign up NOW to do 10,000 steps a day during in January, and then they can enjoy a guilt free December knowing they are going to work if off in the New Year.  

By committing to the challenge in January, representatives from Teenage Cancer Trust are hoping that this will allow people to enjoy the festive season more, whilst also supporting young people with cancer:
