I am competing once again in Ultra MMA in November. 

This time I am raising for MANUP, a charity that I hold in very high regard. MANUP do incredible work to chip away at the stigma regarding men's mental health and rebrand the phrase itself "MANUP". 

As a man who has had their own struggles with mental health, I am firmly behind this charity and their mission statement, suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the country and that needs to change.
