I have decided to run the Pembrokeshire Half Marathon and raise money/awareness for MND. This is a charity close to my heart as my grandad passed with this disease before I actually got to meet him. It is a cruel & horrible disease that no human in this world should ever have to go through, unfortunately many people do. I hope by raising money and awareness for this devastating disease that there could be hope for other families in the future to find ways of easing the struggles and effects on everyday life. 

Please donate if you can, any amount is welcome. Just £10 to this charity will provide the information pack for a newly diagnosed person with MND so they know exactly how to access the support needed. £600 will fund a new seat riser which will allow the person to raise their wheelchair so that they can reach shelves & talk to someone at eye level. EVERY DONATION MAKES A DIFFERENCE TO SOMONE LIVING WITH MND.
