As some of you may know I sadly lost my father to suicide back in August . My father was a great man , Dad , husband, partner, brother , son , cousin and friend to so many who always had a smile on his face .  Sadly under this smile was a man who jut couldn’t do it any more and now I know how important it is to get help for people who are struggling to cope inside . We need to make people feel comfortable about their problems as this will save so many lives down the line and avoid the heartache and sorrow my family and I are currently facing .  

I have always wanted to do the marathon and have applied a couple of times with no success however this year I have been accepted and I have a great cause to do it for .

The charity is for the people out there who need help talking about their problems, pain and mental health , but Dad , this ones for you .
