I'm cycling the Prudential 100 (2019 RideLondon-Surrey 100) for Prostate Cancer UK.

As you may or may not be aware, I ran the 2016 London Marathon, raising money for charity and now its time for the next Challenge. The second leg of me completing the London Classic's is the Prudential 100, which is a 100 mile cycle from London to Surrey and back into London, finishing at the Mall. 

I have chosen Prostate Cancer as my chosen charity to raise awareness for the number one cancer killer for men. Did you know that one male in the UK dies of prostate cancer every hour. Join Men United, Jeff Stelling and the Soccer Saturday boys and Myself in raising prostate cancer awareness and help stopping the killer.
