Our Walk Talk Friends walking group was formed in March 2014. I started this group with two other friends and over the last seven years, more than one hundred ladies have enjoyed walking with us. We are more than just a walking group, we also double as a social support network and have supported various charities over the years.

This year we have chosen to support the Middlesex Association for the Blind (MAB). This registered charity helps people with visual impairment, like my two brothers, lead an independent life, a cause close to my heart.
