Hello once again, the time has come again for me to run the 10K challenge for BAPS for the amazing cause Diabetes UK.

This is a very close cause for me and my family, as a lot of my family members have and have been told that they are diabetic. My Mum, Uncles, Aunties are all in the same boat.  Seeing the vast changes in my own mums life I know how they all deal with it. Two of my good friends also have diabetics so this is for them too.  I lost my amazing granny last year who also had diabetics if I am not mistaken.

Once again I have decided to do this run for my amazing granny who wanted me to do it 2 years ago. "Baa this one is for you". 

So please dig deep down your pockets and help me raise funds for this cause which I'm sure is close to everyone as it is for me as there may be someone in your family that has diabetics, there is no cure as far as I know apart from medication and incline to bring the levels down if high etc.
