Myself and a TEAm of 10 from Bird & Blend Tea Co. will be participating in the Hospice UK Dragon Boat race on 15 June at Surrey Quays, Docklands. 

We are taking on this brand new challenge in order to support Hospice UK, a charity for hospice and end of life care. 

As a people first company with 160+ staff, we're taking on this challenge to support Hospice UK because:

• We believe in their mission to transform the way society cares for the dying and those around them
• We want to help raise awareness of Hospice UK and the important work they do
• Supporting national & local charities is what we do on a regular basis through our ChariTEA programme - we love supporting good causes and giving back!   
  
• Being part of a Dragon Boat race is brand new for us and something we thought would be fun to do together
• Team activities outside of the office can sometimes lead to creative ideas, team bonding, and magical moments  

Your donation will have a massive impact. 1 in 4 people who need hospice and end of life care in the UK currently can't access it. With your support, we can ensure that everyone who needs hospice care, gets it.
