This year we want to say a really BIG thank you to the amazing people who make our Horton General Hospital so special. Your generous donations help fund the latest medical equipment and improvements to our hospital environment for patents and staff.

Story

2018 was a difficult year for our family. We lost our beautiful mum, Pamela Medland, not from the illness that saw her visit the Horton on many occasions, but to an unexpected Brain Aneurysm.  She spent her last week in JR Neuro ICU & we were touched by the respect, compassion & professionalism shown to mum & our family by the amazing staff.  My Dad had lost his best friend and love of his life.  Then there's my little brother Gary & his continued battle against Cancer. We have nothing but admiration for him & his wife Lorna, for showing such determination & grit.  And then theres my little sister Terri-Lee, MY best friend, who has been the buttons of our family by holding us all together.

Me... I just want the chance to give something back & say THANK YOU on behalf of my family from the bottom of hour hearts to everyone who has helped care for those who are most precious to us xxx
