BMet's Big Brummie Campout

BMet's Big Brummie Campout · 1 May 2021
This year’s Big Brummie Campout will take place in homes and gardens across the city on Saturday 1st May. As a college, we are inviting students, staff and their families to pitch up a tent and camp out in their gardens or in sofa forts! Every little helps! Thank you to everybody who is taking part and donating.
Our most vulnerable citizens need help to find long-term, sustainable routes out of homelessness
They need people to fight for their rights. In Birmingham, many adults are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Rough sleeping is on the rise here, and so is the number of adults facing homelessness.
The funds for our collective Big Brummie Campout will go directly to the running of SIFA Fireside's crisis support services, providing clients with hot meals, showers and clothing and allowing them to access health and wellbeing services, resettlement services, employment support services, tenancy support and emergency housing support.
