Hi all
My charity is called Aspire it is a charity that is very close to me.
Aspire is a small charity that helps people young and old to come to terms with life changing spinal cord injury. Every four hours someone suffers a spinal cord injury, sometimes in a split second your life has changed forever.
How do you cope physically and mentally with what's happened, well my chosen charity Aspire really helps those affected realise that there is a life to be lived.
