Jean Ritson (founder of Bizzie Lizzie's) sadly passed away at home on Monday 3rd May, surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer. Jean was admitted into Pendleside Hospice early February for nearly 4 weeks, she felt like she was on 'holiday'.  Jean had nothing but amazing things to say about her stay.  What was a difficult time, being away from her home, was made so much easier by the care and support she received. This support continued at home, and as such all the family are extremely grateful for the care and compassion that was shown to Jean, especially in her final days.
