This year, the Edinburgh Marathon Festival is being run as a virtual event, so we have arranged for the Kids Kilometre to take place in Ravelston Park at 2pm. 

Event details

·       Kids can run or walk the kilometre, or likely they will do a bit of both!  Each child must be accompanied by an adult while doing the 1km (one adult can accompany two children by individual arrangement).

·       Kids do not need to be signed up to the EMF to join in, though that option is still available on the EMF website.https://www.edinburghmarathon.com/virtualkidskilo/

·       There will be a stall outside the nursery where we will give out a sticker to those taking part.  There will be some home baking for sale too - so remember to bring cash on the day! 

·       It’s important that the event is run safely so please maintain social distancing and do not attend if you or your child have any Covid symptoms

It would be fantastic if we could raise enough money to purchase some of the toys and resources on the nursery ‘wish list’.   (These include a sturdy pram, a potting bench and equipment, light box resources and furniture for the playroom.)
