Stuart and Tom from Black Swan Care Group have decided to run around Norfolk, 90 km / 50 miles to be precise. Starting in Acle before heading to Wroxham, Aylsham, North Walsham and Stalham, before heading back to Acle. All of which we are hoping to complete in a day...

This is probably not the most sensible idea we have ever had as neither of us have ever even run a marathon. That said, the cause makes it thoroughly worthwhile.

We are running for the Black Swan Care Group 'Charity of the Year'- Friend in Deed.

Friend in Deed's purpose is to promote social inclusion by preventing people from becoming socially excluded. They are responsible for setting up mother and baby groups in lots of our care homes.
