Whilst aching from running the 10k in Blackpool back in May, we decided to up our personal challenge and signed up for the BUPA Great Birmingham Run. 13 miles seemed like it would be a doddle 5 months ago, but with less than 6 weeks to go, reality has set in and training is tough!!

The great work Macmillan do to support people diagnosed with cancer is enough to spur us on, and with 99% of their services being funded entirely through the generosity of supporters, we need your help to reach our target!

£900 could fund a Macmillan nurse for a working week and £2,000 could fund a Macmillan rehabilitation support team for a week, providing a range of rehabilitation support, including physiotherapy and advice on diet, to people living with cancer.
