Story

Allan, Barbara and Laura from Blast Fitness Gym along with other gym members decided to take the Do 100 challenge a wee bit further. So instead of doing something 100 times once decided to do 100 reps or minutes of an exercise every day for 100 days. Kicking off with 100 minutes of bootcamp on Sunday 1st Sept. Updates will be posted daily at www.facebook.com/Blastfitness
