This year we turned 100 and to celebrate this milestone we've launched the Do 100 Challenge. Pledge to Do 100 of anything you choose and help raise funds for The At Ease Appeal. You could swim 100 lengths, bake 100 cakes or run 100 miles.

Story

Allan, Barbara and Laura from Blast Fitness Gym along with other gym members decided to take the Do 100 challenge a wee bit further. So instead of doing something 100 times once decided to do 100 reps or minutes of an exercise every day for 100 days. Kicking off with 100 minutes of bootcamp on Sunday 1st Sept. Updates will be posted daily at www.facebook.com/Blastfitness

Combat Stress turned 100 and to help celebrate this special milestone we are launching the Do 100 Challenge. For a century weve helped former servicemen and women deal with trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today we provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict. Our life-changing treatment helps veterans tackle the past and take on the future. Funds raised from the Do 100 challenge will got towards our At Ease Appeal is our major appeal to help veterans be themselves again. By taking part in the Do 100 challenge, you will help us to be here for veterans today, tomorrow and in the years to come.
