We provide mobility impaired people of all ages with independent access to waterborne activities (e.g. nature watching, pleasure boating, powerboating, angling) in wheelchair accessible Wheelyboats. We design, build and fund Wheelyboats and supply them to groups and organisations all over the UK.

Story

The Blenheim Palace Wheely Boat is available 7 days a week for use on our top class trout fishery.

The trout fishery is situated within the grounds of Blenheim Palace, home to the Duke and Duchess of Marlborough.

The trout lake complex is made up of 21 acres of Bladon lake, with a bank length of a mile.

The waters are stocked mainly with Rainbow trout and Brown trout with weights up to 8lbs and will be open all year (except Christmas Day).

The fishery is split into 4 beats which are known as Rough Piece, Bladon, The Lince and the Formal Gardens. All these beats can be fished under one ticket although the Formal Gardens can only be fished after 5pm.

If you wish to book the Wheely boat, please ring 01993 810520 to check availability. We would then like you to donate a minimum of £10 via this page.

The money you donate on this page on this page goes directly to The WheelyBoat Trust and not to Blenheim Palace.
