I'm doing a year-long press up challenge to support the NHS through the COVID-19 outbreak.

Along with a few others from Blitz Fit in Twickenham, I did one press up* on the first day - 22 March 2020. On the second day, we did two. On the third, three. We'll carry on for the whole of the year, finishing with 365 press ups on the 365th day. By the end (Sunday 21 Mar) we will have done 66, 795 press ups each!
