Hi! Please support me in raising money for the MS Society as I challenge myself to run as many miles as I can throughout November.

I haven't run much at all since my 20s!! Not being able to swim much this year, due to the pandemic, I started doing some little runs! At the beginning of November I was running about 1km, 3x per week. I thought this month was a good time to increase my efforts & join my colleagues for the Big MS Run Off for a great cause...

I am so grateful I can still run & my personal challenge is to do a 5km run by the end of November. Thank you for your support...😊
