Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
We at Bluebird Care Barnet, have decided to give up sugar for a month... yep 31 days with NO sugar. As you can imagine, working in the care industry, we see a lot of people who are affected by Alzheimer's, not just the people who have the disease but their family members and friends around them as well.
We are asking for a donation of your choice to help support this very worthy cause which affects 1 in 6 elderly people in the UK.
For anyone who knows us, you will know how difficult this is going to be for us so please donate anything you can to keep us motivated!
