At Bridge McFarland community and supporting causes close to our hearts is incredibly important to us. That is why our Chief Operating Officer Adele Collis and HR Officer Lily-Mae Stokes are taking on a skydive challenge on 8th August 2026 to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic condition that affects more than 11,000 people across the UK, causing sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system. The condition can have a huge impact on day-to-day life, affecting both physical health and mental wellbeing.

For Adele, this challenge is especially personal, with cystic fibrosis affecting members of her own family. Together, Adele and Lily-Mae hope to raise as much as possible to support vital research, improve treatment and care, and help the charity continue its incredible work towards a future where everyone with cystic fibrosis can live without limits.

Meet the family at the heart of this fundraiser: Adele’s niece Megan, and her great-nieces Scarlett and Penelope, whose strength and journey with cystic fibrosis are the inspiration behind this skydive challenge.

Any support, no matter how big or small, would mean the world to the team and to the families affected by CF.
