Run by themselves, for themselves. It is a small but effective cog in the treatment and rehabilitation of a group of exceptional individuals. People brave enough to take up one of the biggest challenges of them all: changing their life. HomeRun not only gives them the physiological and psychological benefits of exercise, but a mentality to take up a goal, rise to a challenge and succeed in doing it. Events such 10k races, the 3 peak challenge have been faced and crushed. &nbsp;The life changes of those achieving sometimes truly amazing.
