EQD and Transversal 24 hour Treadmill Challenge fundraising page

BNP Paribas 24 hour Treadmill Challenge · 27 September 2018
In Global Markets, our growth is underpinned by both performance and purpose. It’s only by doing business with a broader set of metrics, including focusing on our social responsibility and contributing to a better society, that we can build a business fit for the long term.
On September 27-28 we’ll be hosting the Ultimate Treadmill Challenge in the 10HA reception area starting at noon; a non-stop, round-the-clock fundraiser to support our charity partners. Employees from EQD and Transversal business areas have joined forces to take on the challenge by walking, jogging or running in 15 minute slots over the 24 hour period in support of Food For All.
Members of the Global Markets executive board have sponsored two prizes:
1. The team which raises the most money will receive an additional booster donation to their charity.
2. The team which covers the largest distance will receive an additional booster donation to their charity of £15 per mile during daylight hours, and £30 per miles between 10pm and 6am.

Why Food For All?
Food For All receive food donations from supermarkets and local food suppliers that would otherwise be destined for landfill, and use this to create 1000+ nutritionally balanced vegetarian meals a day to feed the homeless, disadvantaged, financially challenged and needy in Central London, for free.
Food For All are aiming to expand their reach to provide 2500 free meals a day. They are hoping to create a new afternoon project which will serve food to young families living in areas of deprivation in the inner city, and a new evening food run in addition to their on-going daily afternoon serving.
To make these projects a reality, the charity want to buy an electric Nissan van costing around £10,000. Any money fundraised during this challenge will be put towards the new van!
