After 10 weeks of training, I will be putting on my gloves and putting my body on the line to compete in a white collar boxing match on 25 February!

This is a great opportunity to raise money and awareness for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). CALM is a charity that helps those who are struggling mentally, including offering an online/phone helpline service for those who need it. Mental health is something that affects all of us and particularly since the start of Covid with all of the restrictions and lockdowns etc. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives and 75% of all UK suicides are male. 

Any donations would be greatly appreciated - just £8 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.

As a bonus and for those that cannot attend in-person, I'll be sure to share some pictures and videos of me getting punched in the face for a good cause!
