Every day I shall climb on to my trusty exercise bike to cycle a few more kilometres on my Virtual Tour of Ukraine. I set off from the centre of Kyiv and am currently heading for the border with Moldova. I shall post photographs of places of interest along my route. (Please note they are from Google maps and are not live photos of that place at this time).

My chosen charity is Maidenhead United Reformed Church who are raising money for Ukrainian refugees who have fled to neighbouring countries such as Poland and Moldova. Every two weeks we also send items by lorry to personal contacts we have on the Polish border with Ukraine. The goods are either distributed on the spot to refugees who are staying in Poland or are sent on to contacts in Ukraine.
