I have been asked to take part in a mass tandem skydive on May 17th to raise funds as part of The Matthew Project's 30th Birthday Celebrations.

The Matthew Project does a brilliant job working in Norfolk and Suffolk supporting people with drug and alcohol related issues and, as many of you will know, this is a subject particularly dear to my heart, given my late sister's problems.

Anything you can give would be much appreciated.

In the meantime, I'm very much looking forward to the occasion and trying not to dwell too much on the old adage "if at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you!"
