I am getting up from my favourite chair to start training for a 26 mile walk from Stonehenge to Avebury on 7th Sept. I am pushing my body outside of its comfort zone to do this walk in the memory of my dear Dad who battled this very sad and heartbreaking condition, a condition that took away the dad I knew who could light up a room by just by being there.
