Last year my uncle Lionel took his life after suffering a debilitating depression. During his struggle, he attended and benefitted from support provided by the Listening Place in London. I would like to honour his memory by doing a bike ride to raise money for the Listening Place who help countless others face the horrific battle against depression and suicide, and are dependent on volunteers and donations.

Starting on May 18th I'll be cycling on my own for two weeks from London through France and Italy finishing in Venice. It's over 1000 miles and I'll be cycling up to 10 hours a day carrying only the bare necessities. Your donations would mean a huge amount to me and my family, and greatly aid the Listening Place in their efforts to help those in serious need.
