I am taking part in the Tough Mudder Challenge on Sunday 24th September 2022 - a 10k obstacle course which tests both physical and mental strength, to raise money for The Aydin Foundation. 

This charity is very close to my heart because it was established in memory of my late nephew Aydin Kamaly, who tragically passed away at the tender age of 16 months in 2019. The family has worked extremely hard to turn this tragedy into a positive force by trying to improve the lives of people around the world. 

The focus of the charity is based on Aydin's love of water with the aim to provide access to clean water for drinking in some of the poorest countries in the world. The Aydin Foundation is building clean drinking water facilities in remote parts of Asia and Africa. Over 50,000 people have already been given access to clean and helped improve there lives. With your continued support we are aiming to triple our reach by the end of 2022.
