As you may know I am the Treasurer of London's Air Ambulance. This is an amazing charity that saves lives every day within the M25 of people like us who get involved in accidental trauma. They bring the hospital to the roadside and stabilise patients for transfer to hospital. It is the world leading service. But it is a charity and needs your help to keep saving lives.
