Wales........400 miles......4 days.....self supported(sleeping in a bush).....no real idea of what we are doing and novice cyclists....

Josh and Ross's story is born by wanting to do something to Help those that help us ! Lots of colleagues, family and friend have used the Fire fighters charity to get their lives back on track, so we wanted to give something back to help others in the future.

We will be starting September  7th in the south  of Wales slogging our way along the 'Pan Celtic Race' section that runs through Wales then through Snowdonia to the North Welsh coast, eat some chips and ice cream, then back through Snowdonia and through central wales to finish back in the South all in 4 Days. Ross better start building his Chicken legs up.

Adventure awaits....it never rains in wales....it's flat and there's never any wind so our work colleagues tell us! Easy peasy!!!!!!
