They want to raise money to support our NHS staff who are doing a fantastic job. They are our heroes.

We are providing free video consultations and tailored home exercise plans via a phone app to help people stay healthy and get through these tough times in exchange for a donation to the NHS.

We hope to raise £1000 for the NHS but would love to raise more with your help.
