On 11th October my amazing friend/ big sister Becca and her daughter Abbie are taking part in the run or dye event in Nottingham to remember Gary, Becca's husband and Abbie's Daddy who sadly died in April this year.  They want to raise funds to help research into Sleep Apnoea because Gary had really bad sleep apnoea and we simply don't know how badly that affected his heart, but I do know we all don't know enough about sleep disorders and I am proud to be joining them
