Dear good friends 各位好友：

On Sunday 19 May 2019 I completed the Great Manchester Run (10km) in 1h16m40s (1m40s faster than that of last year & the best among all previous years). This is the 7th consecutive year I did it for the charity Diabetes UK, and in memory of my late father. I have been a volunteer of DUK for years, helping people to conduct diabetes risk assessment and giving talks to various organizations. If you can support me and people with diabetes by donation, it will be deeply appreciated! Thank you very much for your kindness!
