On May 9th, Ruth and some others among Annie's friends will do a 10k walk on the South Downs.  This for Ruth is definitely the equivalent of a marathon as she frequently has told us on walking holidays in the past, 'She is a swimmer, not a walker!'

Mum and Dad will be there with support vehicles or backpacks full of energy drinks, blister plasters, chocolate or wheels to help her manage this walk.

This is one of the events that we are doing to help raise money for CRY in memory of her dear friend Annie.
