I am a survivor of childhood abuse for the past  45 years.. I am in group therapy through NAPAC and will complete a psychological education course in July. This ccourse has given me the tools to lead a healthy, confidant and  non destructive lifestyle.

I believe that i am not alone there are thousands of other people both men and women who are suffering because of abuse. It's not our fault and for many of us born post war there was no support in the way of counselling you just got on with life but every day you live with the trauma that you were  abused.  Please continue to give.
