Spartan obstacle race Trifecta weekend · 6 October 2018

We provide hospice care for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their families. Hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

3 SPARTAN RACES
ONE WEEKEND

in cause of south-west children's hospice and palliative care

Two of our martial arts instructors Thai boxing & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be running 3 Spartan obstacle races in one weekend Windsor 6th October. In aim to raise money for the south-west children's hospice.

As we believe anyone/ family with a terminal illness deserves the chance to enjoy the time they have left and support they need.

What will they do?
the two coaches will complete the spartan trifecta over one weekend



Spartan beast ( saturday P) 
20km+ circuit with more than 30 obstacles that try to keep you from your finish line
spartan sprint 
5km+ loaded with 20+ obstacles ( sunday pm)
Spartan super
13km+ that are just as unforgiving as the 25+ obstacles (sunday am)


What does the southwest children's hospice do:
We provide care and support to families living in the South West, who have children with life-limiting conditions. We provide specialist palliative care, respite for the whole family, a sibling service for brothers and sisters, emergency support, end of life care and a bereavement service for as long as is needed. We welcome referrals from anyone
