I know first hand the excellent work the BHF do having suffered a cardiac arrest in the sea (my happy place) in June 2025. My friends saved my life and the care and treatment from the NHS was excellent. All of the information booklets produced by the BHF have been very clear and informative written by experts in their fields of work.
