Bower House is a charity based in Market Harborough who provide counselling services for local residents in need of support. I was lucky enough to benefit at a time when I was having a few wobbles, and having a safe, kind, weekly breathing space where I could find my feet again was pretty much life-changing for me. 

While they are a Christian charity, you don’t need to be Christian to access their help and they ask you only to pay what you can afford. I’m hoping that if I can raise some funds, it might enable more people to access services at a time when mental wellbeing is so critical.

Every little bit helps so even if you can spare a couple of quid, I would be very grateful, and I know the team at Bower House would use every bit towards providing their service. My place was a ballot place so there is no cost to Bower House - everything will be used to help people access their help.
